Namibian Copper NL (“Namibian Copper” or the “Company”) is a dedicated mineral explorer formed in 2006 for the purpose of exploration, development and investment in the resources section.
Corporate Governance
Namibian Copper NL has adopted comprehensive systems of controls and accountability as the basis for the administration of corporate governance. The Board of the Company is committed to administering the policies and procedures with openness and integrity, pursuing the true spirit of corporate governance commensurate with the Company’s needs.
To the extent they are applicable to the Company, the Board has adopted the Eight Corporate Governance Principles and each of the Best Practice Recommendations as published by the ASX Corporate Governance Council (“ASX principles and Recommendations”).
